Football Walk-On Tryout Paperwork Due Friday

The paperwork deadline to participate in walk-on tryouts for the CMU Football program is Friday, Nov. 22, at Noon.

Tryout attendees must be enrolled at CMU, carry a cumulative grade point of 2.7 or above and meet all NCAA eligibility requirements.

In order to attend tryouts, a prospective student-athlete must provide:

• Proof of having undergone an athletic physical within the past six months

• A complete unofficial transcript. Those who are freshmen in their first semester at CMU may provide a high school transcript.

• Proof of having undergone a sickle cell anemia test.

• Health insurance information. A photo copy of the front and back of an insurance card.

• Will be required to sign a tryout wavier.

Materials must be submitted via email to fbrecruiting@cmich.edu.

Students will be notified of tryout approval after submission of materials.
