Eipper Named To Rimington Trophy Watch List

MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – Central Michigan's Steve Eipper has been named to the Rimington Trophy Watch List.
Eipper, a 6-foot-4, 286-pound senior from Greenville, has been a starter along the CMU offensive line in each of the past two seasons.
The Rimington Trophy goes to the top center among Football Bowl Subdivision schools. Eipper is one of 80 nominees from across the nation and one of eight representing Mid-American Conference schools.
The winner will be recognized in January, 2020.
Eipper and the Chippewas open the season on Thursday, Aug. 29, at home against Albany.
