Wednesday's Women's Basketball Game Set to Tip at 1 p.m.

MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – The tipoff time has been moved to 1 p.m. for the Central Michigan's women's basketball game with Bowling Green on Wednesday, Feb. 22, at McGuirk Arena.
The game was originally scheduled to tip off at 7 p.m. Because of the winter storm in the forecast, the start time was moved.
The first 50 students through the gate will recive a $10 voucher to the concession. In addition, 10 gift cards, each for $50 and redeemable at the CMU bookstore, will be given out during the game to students.
Wednesday's game kicks off the final four-game stretch of the Chippewas' season as they make a final push for a Mid-American Conference Tournament berth.
"We're reaching out to the student body," CMU coach Heather Oesterle said. "We need all of their support and their help as we make our late-season push to reach to the conference tournament. We have a good, young team and we have made major strides throughout the season and we're working to finish strong and give our fans something to be proud of."
