Football Kickoff Times and TV Designations Announced

Kickoff times and television information released for eight games; CMU to open season at Michigan State at 7 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 1 on FS1.
MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich.—Kickoff times and television designations for the majority of the 2023 Central Michigan football schedule were announced by CMU and the Mid-American Conference on Wednesday afternoon.
Central Michigan will open its 2023 season at Michigan State on Friday, Sept. 1 with a 7 p.m. kickoff. The game will be nationally televised on FS1.
Other kickoff times and TV designations that have been announced:
CMU non conference road game tickets, which include Michigan State, Notre Dame, and South Alabama contests, went on sale in late April. Details to request tickets are posted on www.cmuchippewas.com or CMU's Ticket Central page. Priority will go to Chippewa Athletic Fund members.
Central Michigan's 2023 football schedule was announced in March. Click here to access the updated schedule. Central Michigan will announce a preseason training camp schedule at some point.
The 2023 Mid-American Conference Football Media Day is scheduled for July 19-20. A time and location have yet to be determined.

- Saturday, Sept. 16 at Notre Dame (2:30 p.m. ET, Peacock Network).
- CMU homecoming game on Saturday, Oct. 14 vs. Akron (3:30 p.m, TV: TBA).
- Halloween night game on Tuesday, Oct. 31 vs. Northern Illinois (7 or 7:30 p.m., ESPN2 or ESPNU).
- Tuesday, Nov. 7 at Western Michigan (7 or 7:30 p.m., ESPN2, ESPNU, or CBS Sports Network).
- Wednesday, Nov. 15 at Ohio (7 p.m., ESPN2 or ESPNU).
- Friday, Nov. 24 vs. Toledo (Noon, ESPNU or CBS Sports Network).
