Fifteen Chippewas Earn College Football Network All-MAC Honors

Tristan Mattson is the MAC Placekicker of the Year; Donte Kent is the MAC Punt Returner of the Year; Mattson and Kent both earn First Team All-MAC honors.
MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich.—Led by Mid-American Conference Placekicker of the Year Tristan Mattson and MAC Punt Returner of the Year Donte Kent, 15 Central Michigan football players earned College Football Network All-MAC accolades, the publication announced this week. The entire All-MAC list was posted at this link.
Mattson (placekicker) and Kent (punt returner) were also named to the First Team.
Earning Third Team All-MAC honors were defensive tackle Jason Williams, linebacker Jordan Kwiatkowski, defensive back Donte Kent, and defensive back Jaion Jackson, who was named as a special teams player.
Central Michigan also had 10 honorable mention All-MAC honorees named to the team including running backs B.J. Harris and Marion Lukes, wide receiver Chris Parker, center Dominic Serapiglia III, offensive lineman Brayden Swartout, defensive tackle Jonah Pace, linebacker Dakota Cochran, and defensive backs Da'Raun McKinney, Elijah Rikard, and Caleb Spann.
