Men's Basketball Game at Eastern Michigan Moved to Friday Night for National Television

Contest will be nationally televised on CBS Sports Network, tipoff is set for 6 p.m. ET on Friday, Feb. 28.

MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich.—Central Michigan's Men's Basketball game at Eastern Michigan has been moved to Friday, Feb. 28 as CBS Sports Network will televise the game nationally, the Mid-American Conference announced on Tuesday morning.

Tipoff for the Friday, Feb. 28 game will be at 6 p.m. ET at Eastern Michigan's George Gervin/Above Center. The matchup was originally scheduled to be played on Saturday, March 1.

The contest will be Central Michigan's second appearance on CBS Sports Network this season as the Chippewas played Toledo on the network on Friday, Jan. 10.

Eight games remain in the 2024-25 Central Michigan men's basketball regular season. Central Michigan (11-12, 4-6 MAC) plays at Kent State (15-8, 5-5 MAC) tonight in Kent, Ohio. Tipoff for tonight's contest is at 7 p.m.
