Dull, Morris Set Career Lows in Leading Women's Golf in Final Round at Rio Verde

RIO VERDE, Ariz. – Zoe Dull shot an even-par 72 on Sunday to lead the Central Michigan women's golf team during the final round of the Rio Verde Collegiate at Rio Verde Country Club.
Dull's final round was a career best in relation to par and equaled her career best aggregate score as she moved up 28 spots and into a tie for 41st place in the 95-player field. She was the second biggest mover of the day among all players in the field.
Dull finished with a 14-over 230 total.
Sophomore Ella Zanatta was the top CMU finisher as she came in among a group tied for 30th at 12-over 228. Zanatta closed with a 5-over 77.
Also for CMU on Sunday, Rachel Niskanen finished T58 with an 18-over 234, Lexi Schulman finished T77 at 22-over 238, and Brooke Morris finished T80 at 23-over 239.
Morris closed with a 2-over 74 on Sunday, Niskanen posted an 81, and Schulman shot 82.
Morris' 74 tied her career best for aggregate score and her 2-over stands as her career best in relation to par.
The Chippewas posted a 305 team score to finish T14 in the 19-team field. CMU began the final round in 16th place.
Isabel Brozena shot a final-round 2-over 74 to finish at 1-under 215 and claim medalist honors. Bradley's Caroline McConnell finished one shot back after shooting 4-under 68, the low round of the day and the tournament, on Sunday.
Bradley carded a final-round 294 team score to finish at 885 and win the tournament by four shots over Xavier. Missouri State and Bowling Green tied for third at 893.
