Chippewas welcome the Mastodons as the 2026 home-opener
MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. - Central Michigan Soccer's home schedule opens Thursday night (Aug. 27, 7 p.m. ET) with a visit from Purdue Fort Wayne, the first of a three-match homestand that includes Cincinnati (Sept. 3, 7 p.m. ET) and Wisconsin (Sept. 6, 1 p.m. ET).
HOME OPENER – Purdue Fort Wayne (Aug. 27)
Celebrate the beginning of the CMU Soccer home schedule with the first Kids Zone appearance of the season. Fans in attendance will receive maroon and gold pompoms and CMU Soccer stickers while supplies last.
All season long, there will be a pregame high five tunnel as the Chippewas take the field before kickoff, mini CMU Soccer ball tosses from players during introductions, postgame penalty kicks on the field for kids ages 12 and under, and all Sunday games will feature a Kids Zone with a bounce house, coloring station and yard games. 2026 CMU Soccer schedule posters will also be available at all home matches while supplies last.
