James Tweedy serves as Central Michigan Baseball’s director of operations, a post to which he was appointed in May, 2026.
Tweedy joined the program in September 2024 and served for two seasons as a member of the student manager staff.
As the director of operations, Tweedy is primarily responsible for the day-to-day functions of the program including travel coordination, equipment and laundry management, team meals, technology assistance, the organization of scouting reports and recruiting data, and the oversight of student managers. He also assists at all practices and camps.
Tweedy, a Edwardsburg High School graduate, is working toward a bachelor's degree with a major in sports management.
