2021 (Outdoor): Finished second in the 3000 steeplechase at the Notre Dame Bob Harris Open (May 1) … set a personal record of 4:41.94 in the 1500 at the Indiana State Gibson Inv. (April 16-17) … placed third in the 3000 steeplechase, finishing in a personal-best 11:24.62, at the Oakland Golden Grizzlies Inv. (April 10) … placed third in the 3000 steeplechase at the Texas State Bobcat Inv. (May 25-27) … set a personal record in the 3000, finishing in 10:40.56, at the Louisville Inv. (April 2-3).
2020-21 (Indoor): Ran a personal-best 5:15.54 in the mile at the Mid-American Conference Championships (Feb. 26-27) … set a personal record, 10:50.15, in the 3000 at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 12) … finished fourth in the 800 and third in the 4x400 relay at the CMU Jack Skoog Inv. (Feb. 6) … finished sixth in the 200 and seventh in the mile in a dual with Western Michigan (Jan. 16).
2020 (Cross Country): Placed 54th in a career-best 6K time of 22:48.2 in the Mid-American Conference Championships in Bowling Green, Ohio (Nov. 21) … placed 70th (6K 24:30.9) in the Bowling Green State Falcon Invitational (Nov. 7) … placed 16th in a career-best 5K time of 18:57.5 at the CMU Jeff Drenth Memorial (Oct. 31) ... earned Academic All-MAC honors.
2020 (Outdoor): Did not compete due to COVID-19 pandemic.
2019-20 (Indoor): Recorded a personal best (5:23.95) in placing sixth and finished third in the 800 meters (2:27.43) at the CMU Jack Skoog Open (Jan. 31) … set personal bests in the 800 (2:20.81) and the 3000 (11:07.29) at the Eastern Michigan Can Am International (Jan. 25) … placed fifth in the 800 (2:22.33) in a dual meet at Akron (Jan. 17).
2019 (Cross Country): Competed in six meets ... placed 23rd (5K, 19:29.0) at the Jeff Drenth Memorial (Aug. 30) ... finished 54th (6K, 24:58.2) at the NIU Huskie Classic (Sept. 6) ... ran a 5K season-best 19:06.6 at the Joe Piane - Notre Dame Invitational (Oct. 4) ... posted a season-best 23:35.4 (6K) at the Bradley Pink Classic (Oct. 18) ... finished 101st at the MAC Championships (6K, 25:50.9) (Nov. 2).

Why CMU?: “When I came on my visit to meet the cross country team, I immediately felt welcomed. My brother was also one of the few people I knew who attended CMU. I chose to attend because of the friendly people who would surround me!”
