A four-year letterwinner in volleyball, Joanne was first team all-MAC in 1983 and 1984 ... high on the lists of nearly every Chippewa record ... blessed with awesome jumping ability ... still holds school records for kills (501 in 1983), block assists (151 in 1983) and attack percentage (.417 in 1984) ... second in all three single-season categories ... in career stats, Joanne is third in hitting at .344, second in kills (2.95) and blocks (1.8), and sixth in aces (.37).
