EVANSTON, Ill. -The Central Michigan University wrestling team posted a 26-10 win over Northwestern on Saturday afternoon at Welsh-Ryan Arena.

The win improves CMU's record to 4-2 on the year while Northwestern is 2-2.

The Chippewas jumped out to a quick 7-0 lead on wins from Jeff Pangborn and Brett Faustman.

Also winning for the Chippewas were Ahmad Sanders, Jordan Webster, Jason Mester, Ty Morgan and Kevin Carr. The Chippewas are back in action on Dec. 20 at the Reno Duals.
