Chippewas Ink Another Women's Basketball Recruit

Central Michigan University women's basketball coach Fran Voll announced the signing of Jackie Wiederholt (Fennimore, WI) to a national letter of intent.
The 6-2 forward/center earned all-conference honors and was named team MVP at Fennimore High during her senior season. She averaged 10.8 points and 10.0 rebounds a game as a senior.
"I saw Jackie this summer and was impressed with her," Voll said. "She was kind of an unknown coming from a small town, but she is a good all-around player who hasn't blossomed yet. I feel Jackie will come into her own at CMU and she was a good find for us."
Wiederholt joins the Chippewa recruiting class of Desiree Eidson (Bowling Green, OH), Laurie Henderson (Newark, OH), Beth Kindel (Clare) and Abby Lawinger (Menomonee Falls, WI).
