Bozin Grabs MAC Honor

MOUNT PLEASANT -- Central Michigan women's track athlete Suzy Bozin (Washington/Sr.) earned the Mid-American Conference "Athlete of the Week" award for Feb. 11.

Bozin automatically qualified for the NCAA indoor track championships with a 6-0 effort in the high jump last week. She had provisionally qualified in the event in each of her last five competitions as well.

The men's and women's track teams will compete in the MAC championships in Bowling Green, Ohio, this weekend (Feb. 22-23) before competing in the NCAA indoor championships on March 8-9 in Fayetteville, Ark.
