CMU Track Athletes Compete At Wilson Invitational

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The Central Michigan women's track and field team had two members compete at the Alex Wilson Invitational hosted by Notre Dame on Saturday afternoon.
Kia Johnson (East Amherst, N.Y./Jr.) took fourth in the 200m dash with a time of 24.20. That time is good enough to provisionally qualify Johnson for the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships.
Also competing for CMU was Amanda Storck (Muskegon/So.) in the pole vault. She took seventh with a height of 11-5 3/4.
Next up for CMU is the NCAA Indoor Championships in Fayetteville, Ark. on March 8-9.
