The Central Michigan University women's basketball team hosts its second home game of the year. CMU wraps up the Thanksgiving weekend by hosting Mid-Continent rival Valparaiso this afternoon. Tipoff with the Crusaders in Rose Arena is set for 1 p.m.

This will be the second straight game that CMU is battling a Mid-Continent team. The Chippewas are looking to rebound from a 69-57 defeat at Oakland last Tuesday. The Chippewas are 1-1 overall entering today's matchup.

The Crusaders have four games under their belt and bring a 1-3 mark into today's game. Valpo opened the year with three losses to teams listed in the national poll but enter today's game after topping Saint Francis (Ind.) last week, 78-52.
