MOUNT PLEASANT -- The Central Michigan University women's basketball team returns to Mount Pleasant for the final nonconference home game this season. The Chippewas host Colgate University in Rose Arena this afternoon. Tipoff is set for 2 p.m.

The Chippewas (3-6 overall) snapped a three-game losing streak in their last outing. After falling to Texas A&M-Corpus Christi last week, 66-49, they topped the Texas Pan-American Lady Broncs, 56-40. The Chippewas are 1-2 in Rose Arena. The lone home win was a 111-36 drubbing of Concordia in the season opener.

Colgate has won three of its last four games. The Raiders (6-2 overall) saw their three-game winning streak snapped when they fell to Quinnipiac, 84-77. CU is 2-1 in road games this season, losing only to Vermont by 10, 85-75.
