Saturday's Track Meet Cancelled Due to Snow

MOUNT PLEASANT -- Snow has forced the cancellation of this weekend's Toledo Invitational, pushing back the start of the outdoor season for the Central Michigan women's track team.

Instead, the Chippewas will open the season on April 5 at the Compass Classic hosted by Western Michigan.

CMU finished fifth in the indoor Mid-American Conference championships, and is picked to finish fifth in the coaches' preseason poll for the outdoor season.
