Schroll Earns First Team All-MAC Honors

MOUNT PLEASANT Fresh off her high jump victory at the Mid-American Conference Outdoor Championships last week, junior Erika Schroll (Union, Mich./Three Rivers HS) was placed on the All-MAC first team on Monday.

Schroll’s mark of 5-8 3/4 at the conference meet qualified her for the NCAA Mideast Regional meet, which will be held Friday in Louisville, Ky.

Individuals who win their event or compete on a winning relay team earn a spot on the All-MAC first team while runner-ups are placed on the second team.

This is the second time that Schroll has earned first team All-MAC honors as she also won the high jump at the MAC Indoor Championships in February.
