DeKALB, Ill. -- Looking to climb above .500 in Mid-American Conference play with its third straight victory, the Central Michigan women's basketball team will travel to face the Northern Illinois Huskies at the Convocation Center on Wednesday. Tipoff is set for 7 p.m.

NIU has been a thorn in CMU's side over the past decade, winning 16 of the last 21 meetings including the last 10 in DeKalb. The Chippewas have not claimed victory over the Huskes at NIU since 1999.
