Chippewas Tabbed Third in MAC Preseason Poll

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The Mid-American Conference released the preseason coaches' poll today, listing Central Michigan third in the West Division.
The Chippewas (12-18, 8-8 MAC in 2009-10) were selected behind defending division champion Toledo and Eastern Michigan, and ahead of Ball State, Northern Illinois and Western Michigan.
Defending champion Bowling Green is listed as the favorite to win the East Division and overall MAC title.
