Wrestling Rock the Rose Set for Friday

MOUNT PLEASANT - Rock the Rose: Season III continues this week when Central Michigan's No. 7-ranked wrestling team hosts Michigan State Friday at 7:30 p.m. at Rose Center.

The Village at Bluegrass, National Guard, Buffalo Wild Wings, CMU Bookstore, Mancinos, Bio Life and Max and Emily's will be among the sponsors on hand to distribute free gifts and food to fans. Free Rock the Rose t-shirts also will be distributed, while supplies last, and free pizza will be awarded to the largest registered group in attendance.

The Chippewas enter the week 12-2 overall and riding a four-match winning streak. Michigan State is 7-4-1 overall. CMU has won each of the last eight matchups with the Spartans.
