Maroon-Gold Intrasquad Set for Tuesday Night

MOUNT PLEASANT - The matchups are set for the Central Michigan wrestling program's Maroon-Gold Intrasquad meet at McGuirk Arena Tuesday night.
Seven former Mid-American Conference champions, including four defending champs, will be among the 20 Chippewas to take the mat beginning at 7:30 p.m. A pair of two-time All-Americans who took redshirt seasons a year ago will also return to the mat in the Maroon and Gold singlet in Scotti Sentes (133 pounds) and Jarod Trice (285 pounds).
Sentes' match with sophomore Zach Horan, the defending MAC champion at 133 pounds, will highlight a night full of competition.
The Chippewas officially open the 2012-13 season versus in-state rival Michigan next Tuesday, Nov. 6 as a part of Wrestling Day in Michigan.
