The Chippewas, who are 13-3, 5-0 MAC, stand atop the MAC West and are the only undefeated team in the conference. CMU is also riding a five-game winning streak.

Senior Tinara Moore posted her seventh double-double of the season with 21 points and 14 rebounds against the Golden Flashes. Moore is tied for first in program history with 171 blocks.
Saturday's win was CMU coach Sue Guevara's 100th at McGuirk Arena.

QUOTES
• Guevara on CMU's success and its unbeaten league mark: "We don't avoid it, but we don't talk about it. If we start talking about it, then we lose focus of what we're doing. It's kind of like white noise. We talk about the game at hand and what we need to do for that game. Do we like the outcome? Yes, but we're really focused on the process. The process of improving every time we play, then the outcome happens and we move on to the next game."
• Breen on CMU being a red-letter date for its opponents: "We know the next team has a target on our back - coach G says it all the time. It's a great thing, but we need to keep pushing. The 5-0 doesn't really mean anything unless you win the championship, so we just keep pushing."
