CMU to play Jacksonville State, Arizona, Rhode Island next week
MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – The Central Michigan baseball team will spend the next seven days on the road, traveling to two cities to play eight games against three opponents.
The Chippewas open their road trip with a four-game series against Jacksonville State in Jacksonville, Ala.
The series kicks off with a doubleheader on Saturday at 2 p.m. Game three is on Sunday (2 p.m.) and the series concludes on Monday (3 p.m.).
CMU will then head to Tucson, Ariz. where it will play two games each with Arizona and Rhode Island later in the week.
The Chippewas are 3-1 after their season-opening series last weekend at UNLV. They won three straight games to start the year before dropping the series finale.
