Central Michigan Athletics announced today that field hockey head coach Catherine Ostoich has resigned to pursue other professional opportunities. Ostoich served as CMU's head coach for four seasons, posting a record of 13-53.
"I want to thank Coach Ostoich for her time at CMU and wish her well in future endeavors," Zyzelewski Family Associate Vice President/Director of Athletics Amy Folan said. "Our field hockey program has seen growth over the past few years and we feel the program is positioned for success in the future."
CMU is in the process of beginning a head coach search. During that time, assistant coach Hannah Fisher will provide leadership of the program.
