Wrestling Promotions Schedule Unveiled

Youth Night, Gold Out, T-Shirt Giveaway, Senior Celebration on tap
MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – The Central Michigan wrestling promotional schedule, featuring themes and giveaways, has been released for the 2025-26 season.
The Chippewas host four home dual meets in January and February: Friday, Jan. 30 vs. Ohio; Sunday, Feb. 1 vs. Buffalo; Sunday, Feb. 15 vs. George Mason; Sunday, Feb 22 vs. Michigan.
All season, fans can visit Fan Central in the Events Center atrium to stock up on 2025-26 CMU sport schedule posters and exclusive meet-day giveaways. A kids' zone, located on the north concourse and featuring a coloring station and small giveaway items, is available during all home duals. Plus, during the five-minute intermission during the meets, t-shirts will be tossed to the loudest fans!
Meet day offerings (subject to change without notice):
YOUTH NIGHT – Friday, Jan. 30, 7 p.m.
Fans age 12 and under are encouraged to participate in a pre-meet high-five tunnel as the Chippewas take the mat for introductions ahead of their dual with Mid-American Conference foe Ohio. Kids can stop by Fan Central for a maroon boom stick and enter a raffle for a free prize. CMU wrestlers will be available in the Events Center atrium for a post-meet autograph session.
GOLD OUT – Sunday, Feb. 1, 2 p.m.
As the Chippewas battle Buffalo, fans are encouraged to wear gold and stop by Fan Central to receive gold 3-point takedown foam fingers and signs (while supplies last).
T-SHIRT GIVEAWAY – Sunday, Feb. 15, 2 PM
Bring the energy and snag a free t-shirt as the Chippewas square off against George Mason, which finished first in the conference preseason poll. 3-point takedown cards will also be available at Fan Central.
SENIOR CELEBRATION – Sunday, Feb. 22, 2 PM
Central Michigan's senior class will be honored in a ceremony on the mat prior to the meet. In addition, fans will receive special senior 3-point takedown cards and a rally towel as the Wolverines come to town.
