Chippewas battle nationally ranked squad for first time since 2024
MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. - Central Michigan Soccer brings No. 16 Wisconsin to town Sunday (Sept. 6, 1 p.m. ET) to complete a three-match homestand. After a visit to Butler (Sept. 13), the Mid-American Conference schedule begins at home with Buffalo (Sept. 17, 7 p.m. ET)
YOUTH DAY – Wisconsin (Sept. 6)
Bring the kids for the first home Sunday of the season and receive CMU Soccer drawstring bags while supplies last and meet the Chippewas after the match for an autograph session with the 2026 CMU Soccer schedule posters. The Labor Day Weekend battle with the Badgers will be the first of three Sunday matches featuring the Kids' Zone.
All season long, there will be a pregame high five tunnel as the Chippewas take the field before kickoff, mini CMU Soccer ball tosses from players during introductions, postgame penalty kicks on the field for kids ages 12 and under, and all Sunday games will feature a Kids Zone with a bounce house, coloring station and yard games. 2026 CMU Soccer schedule posters will also be available at all home matches while supplies last.
