Austin Rudolph serves as Central Michigan Baseball’s director of baseball operations, a post to which he was appointed in August, 2023.
Rudolph joined the program in September, 2021 and served for two years as a member of the support staff.
As the director of operations, Rudolph is primarily responsible for the day-to-day functions of the program including equipment management, team data analytics and video coordination, travel plans, team meals, the organization of scouting reports and recruiting data, and the oversight of student managers. He also assists at practices and camps.
Rudolph, a native of Hamilton, Mich., is working toward a degree in sports management at CMU.
