Justin Faur joined Central Michigan Athletics as Assistant Director of Facilities & Sport Operations in September 2021.

A CMU alumnus, Faur will act as game day administrator for gymnastics and softball.

From September 2020-June 2021, Faur worked at CMU as a Chippewa Athletic Fund Development Assistant, making calls to potential donors and helping to develop a women's basketball donor communication correspondence.

Also, during this time, starting in August 2019, he served as a graduate assistant/supervisor in facilities and event operations, working with the field hockey, wrestling and lacrosse programs. He also trained and supervised a group of student workers.

In February 2021, Faur was invited to attend the NCAA Emerging Leaders Seminar, a professional development event that provides leadership, educational and transitional programming to a select group of NCAA member GAs and interns.

Faur graduated from Central Michigan in May 2019 with a Bachelor of Applied Arts in sport management and in May 2021 with a Master of Arts in sport administration.
