Jerod McCullen joined head coach Heather Oesterle's staff as Director of Basketball Operations in June 2021.

McCullen administers travel arrangements, handles all video responsibilities, assists in equipment, oversees managers and practice players and is involved in the facilitation of all camps and other team events. He also helps the other members of the coaching staff in the day-to-day operations of the program.

During the 2020-21 season, as a CMU student manager, he assisted the coaching staff with equipment and during workouts, handled film exchange and other video responsibilities, helped coordinate travel and oversaw the managers and practice players. McCullen also served as a student manager for the 2019-20 season, assisting the coaching staff in practice and working closely with the director of operations.

A 2019 graduate of DeWitt High School, McCullen holds a bachelor's degree from Central Michigan with a major in sports management.
