Seven Chippewas Earn Academic All-MAC

MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. -- Seven members of the Central Michigan gymnastics team were named to the Academic All-Mid-American Conference team.
To qualify for the team, a student-athlete must have a cumulative 3.2 grade point average and participate in at least 50 percent of her team's contests.
Those Chippewas named to the team, with year and GPA: Rachel Carr, sophomore, 3.46; Kylie Fagan, senior, 3.70; Caroline Fitzpatrick, sophomore, 3.51; Tori Garcia, senior, 3.43; Preslee Harrald, senior, 3.27; Megan Lamphere, junior, 3.70; Halle Moraw, senior, 3.48.
It marks the third consecutive season that Moraw and Fagan were named to the squad.
