Clements Earns All-MAC

MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. - Central Michigan gymnast Katy Clements was named to the All-Mid-American Conference Second Team.
It is the second consecutive season that Clements, a junior from Gainesville, Ga., was named to the second team.
Athletes were selected to the All-MAC First and Second teams based upon individual conference rankings of Regional Qualifying Standard (RQS).
Clements' RQS on beam is 9.880, which ranks second among MAC gymnasts. She is fifth on vault (9.782) and tied for fifth on floor (9.845).
Clements and the Chippewas will partake in the MAC Championships on Saturday (2 p.m.) at Bowling Green.
