MAC Championships next for Chippewas
MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – The Central Michigan golf team will play its final spring tournament prior to the Mid-American Conference Championships this weekend when it tees it up in the Dolores Black Falcon Invitational.
The 36-hole event, hosted by Bowling Green, is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday at Stone Ridge Golf Club in Bowling Green, Ohio. Stone Ridge will play to par 72 over 5,829 yards.
Joining the Chippewas and the host Falcons in the 10-team field are Cleveland State, Chicago State, Detroit Mercy, Eastern Michigan, Illinois-Chicago, Oakland, Ohio and Western Michigan.
The Chippewas will square off against Bowling Green, Eastern Michigan, Ohio and Western Michigan in their next tournament, the MAC Championships which are scheduled for April 19-21 at Purgatory Golf Club in Noblesville, Ind.
