Chippewas look ahead to weekend trip to Ohio

MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. -- The Central Michigan field hockey team will plays host to Michigan State on Tuesday, Sept. 17 (4 p.m) at the CMU Field Hockey Complex.
RECORDS
CMU is 1-8 and MSU is 3-5. The Chippewas are coming off a 9-0 road loss to Michigan on Sunday, while the Spartans are coming off a 5-1 loss to Maryland last Saturday.Â
FACULTY/STAFF APPRECIATION DAY
Tuesday's game is CMU faculty/Staff Appreciate Day.

The Chippewas will head to Athens, Ohio for two games this week. The first, a nonleaguer, is scheduled for Friday (6 p.m.) against UC Davis (4-5). The Chippewas will take on Ohio in a MAC game on Sunday (noon).
